Your Port Replicator (optional)

Your Port Replicator is a device that enables you to quickly connect your notebook

to your peripherals, such as a monitor, printer etc.

The fea tures offered by the Port Replicator include stand ard ports for

monitor, audio, mouse and keyboard.

You need only dock the notebook in order to use your peripheral devices.

5 = Serial port

7 = DVI monitor port

11 = DC input connector (DC IN)

12 = Security Lock device

13 = Headphones port

14 = Microphone port/Line In

15 = Connect or on the Port Replicator for

the docking port on the underside

of the notebook

16 = ON/OFF switch

17 = Unlocking lever

Connecting the noteboo k to the Port Replicator

If you connect th e notebook to the Port Replicator during operation, problem s can

occur. We recommend that you switch off the notebook beforehand.
