Indicator Description
Battery charging in dicator
• The indicator lights up g re en: The mains adapter is connected and the installed
battery or batteries are already f ully charged, or no battery is installed.
• The indicator lights up orange: The mains adapter is conne cted and the
installed battery or batteries are be ing charged.
• The indica tor flashes ora nge: The mains adapter is connected and the installed
battery or batteries cannot be charged (the battery is too hot for charging).
• The indicator is not illuminated: The mains adapter is not connected.
First battery indicator
• The indicator lights up green: The first battery is charged to between 51% and
100% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes green (1 second on/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to between 51% and 100% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator lights up orange: The m ains adapter is connected and the first
battery is being charged. Th e first battery is charged to between 13% and
50% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes orange (1 second on/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to between 13% and 50% of maximum c apacity.
• The indicator flashes orange (for four seconds afte r installing the battery): The
battery charge level is bein g checked.
• The indicator lights up red: The mains adapter is connected and the first
battery is being charged. The first battery is charged to between 0% and 12%
of maximum capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes red (1 second o n/5 seconds off): Th e notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to between 0% and 12% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator flashes red (1 second on/1 second off). Malfunction.
• The indicator is not illuminated: The first battery is not installed or is not charged.
